His detail oriented approach, apt understanding of the Customer’s needs and quick decision making provides the leadership to maintain a Customer first approach.

Albert has worked with many international companies in the past in Design, Estimation, Project management of paint shops comprising of Preatement and Electrodeposition plants, Liquid  and Powder coating lines, retrofitting on existing lines – shut down jobs etc.

Albert has led many prestigious projects at Toyota Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Hyundai Motors, General Motors, Ford Motors, Honda, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Auto, TVS Motors, etc.

Vijay has been in the manufacturing & fabrication domain for the last 26 years. His understanding of the project timeline & the skill of our work force gives us the speed of conversion in our manufacturing unit at Bhiwadi. Vijay has handled projects requiring quick turnover from drawing to manufacturing and installations at sites.

His Planning, leadership, discipline and an eye for quality of work gives us cutting edge in meeting project timelines.

He has 13 years long experience in fabrication, installation and maintenance of paint shops and conveyors. He is quick to assess a crunch situation and responds with proper planning, leadership, decision making and discipline to execute task at hand.

Arvind brings to the team his long standing experience of working in Surface finishing industry for more than 30 years – in Technical Sales and marketing domain. Having worked with leading Turnkey project organisations in India & Germany – his role is pivotal in developing business in key areas and building a trusted brand of Amba Tech engineers.

Arvind provides the guidance to acquire new business and expand the market.  Amba Tech group keeps growing under his astute leadership in Customer acquisition and closure of key contracts.
